The existing property was totally transformed. A new modern stair case was installed and new concrete verandas to take in the views.
The vanity was designed and built by our carpenters and has clever concealed plumbing, enabling full drawers for storgae with no cut outs.
The 3 bathrooms in this home have all been designed & built by Aussie Extensions.
The home here did not have space for a large kitchen, however the new kitchen has ample cupboards and the latest in space saving ideas.
The kitchen features loads of storage and the latest soft closing doors & drawers. Even the glass splash backs & stone tops were installed by our carpenters.
This kitchen was designed and built to have the old world charm & look. The kitchen features curved bench tops and cabinets.
Next door neighbpours loved this renovation so much that we built them an outdoor thatched Balinese hut complete with bathroom & enclosed living area which fully opens up with bifold doors to 2 sides.
This modern new pool and outdoor living area was designed to complement the style of the home and to meet the owners expectations.
The pool features 2 levels, with a small rock pool above the main pool. The 2 pools have a waterfall connecting them. The main pool has an island with a thatched Balinese hut. The pool is solar heated.
The modern lap pool is solar heated and features a water fall feature. This pool is fully tiled.
This 1830s workers cottage was given the full treatment as well. It went from being a run-down old cottage to an ultra-modern chic home.
The whole place looked like new when finished and took only 6 weeks to complete.
